What to watch for before you book with any Scottsdale decorator

"Starting at" prices that don't include essentials If the base price doesn't include a neon sign, premium balloons, or backdrop upgrades — that's not really the starting price.

Vague "themed décor" without listing items If a package says "themed décor included" but doesn't list exactly what that means, ask. You might get confetti and straws — not tumblers, koozies, and welcome signs.
