To 100% ensure that your vacation rental is setup upon your arrival, we recommend booking your rental the night before you arrive so that we may setup the night prior or morning of.
Alternatively, we do our best to setup your celebration before you arrive.
Other options include dropping your bags off at your rental and we’ll arrive and decorate while you are out enjoying the day in Scottsdale or Phoenix.

Of course! We suggest booking our services to arrive after you’ve checked into your vacation rental. This way, you and your group can enjoy a happy hour or explore the sights in Old Town Scottsdale while we take care of the decorating.

Due to Thursday and Friday afternoons being heavily demanded times, we recommend booking immediately after you book your vacation rental. This usually falls within 4-6 months in advance. Groups who delay booking, risk the ideal setup time not being available.
